Bloom is a no-code SaaS platform created by iRevolution, designed to enable the creation of business solutions with minimal or no development. My role involved using Figma to build a comprehensive component library, which I then integrated with ZeroHeight for documentation. This approach established a single source of truth, ensuring consistency across designs and facilitating seamless collaboration between design and development teams.

RH SWP is a SaaS solution that helps companies anticipate and plan for the evolution of their workforce, costs, and skills. By analyzing internal data, the tool projects these elements into the future, allowing companies to visualize their state over the next five years. RH SWP also helps align recruitment needs and action plans with the company's strategy. I collaborated with project managers to redesign the user interface and enhance the user experience by incorporating a design system.

Bloom OS was a concept that, although it never came to fruition, I had the opportunity to work on as a prroof of concept. Designed to complement Bloom, Bloom OS was envisioned as a sort of "operating system" that would enable access to all Bloom instances, centralize data from various apps through a search engine, and offer a catalog of applications tailored to different use cases.
